Congressman Begich Announces FY27 Community Project Funding and Appropriations Guidance

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Feb. 25, 2026 – Today, the House Committee on Appropriations released guidance for Community Project Funding (CPF), Programmatic, and Language requests for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027.

“Guidance for FY2027 community funding requests have been released, and Alaskans must act swiftly to ensure their requests for FY27 are received by the deadline put forth by the Appropriations Committee,” said Congressman Begich. “I encourage local governments and other eligible organizations to work closely with our office and submit projects that will strengthen our infrastructure, improve public safety, and support economic growth across Alaska.”
